Planning Approved for 65 New Homes in Thornwood

Our Outline Planning application for 65 new homes on land in Thorndon, Essex has been approved

Thanks to the diligence and hard work of planning consultant Matt Corcoran (CDS Planning) and the support of the planning team at Epping Forest District Council this application was unanimously approved by committee last week. The beautiful drawing by Si Newell (above) helped to illustrate the design in a way that is far more attractive and emotive than any AI generated CGI.

This is an Outline Application with all matters reserved (aside from Access) for the Demolition of existing buildings followed by a new residential development of up to 65no. new homes (of which 40% are affordable) onsite open space, sustainable urban drainage, improvements and alteration to the existing access road, car parking, refuse and cycle storage.
