Planning Approved for 1000 New Homes in Mildenhall

Our hybrid planning application for the strategic, mixed-use site at West Mildenhall is approved !

This application was prepared for Suffolk Council

Our planning application for West Mildenhall was approved last week maintaining our record of consistent success. This followed the successful adoption of our Masterplan for the site in 2021.

We received positive feedback from councillors who praised the design quality and recognised the time and effort that the whole team had put into producing such a thorough set of submission documents.

This strategic development site will deliver 1000 homes, an 80 bed care facility, 5 hectares of commercial development, a local centre, a primary school, two nursery schools, all associated highway and drainage infrastructure, public open space (including 10 hectares of Suitable Alternative Natural Green space).

The Design Team included Concertus, Phase 2 Planning & Development, David Jarvis Associates, Aecom, Ardent, Create and Geosphere.
