Outline Planning Application for 90 new homes in Buckinghamshire

We are pleased to confirm the submission of an outline planning application on land south of Buckingham. The site includes the historic Buckingham Arm of the Grand Junction Canal Canal. This application follows the submission of a Vision Document in 2023 outlining five key themes which have driven the design proposals. They are:

Tourism and Heritage

Accessibility

Ecology and Wildlife

Recreation and Education

Healthy Living

Our proposal includes approximately 90 homes, extensive specialist landscape, a visitor centre, public open space and improvements to local infrastructure.

We have enjoyed working with the fantastic project team , including our client Manor Oak Homes and planning consultants Phase 2.
