We are pleased to confirm the submission of an Outline planning application, with all matters reserved except for access, on our site in Basildon.

Our proposals include 40 homes, including a provision of 20 (50%) affordable homes, public open space and improvements to local infrastructure.

With all credit to the fantastic project team working on the application, including our client Hawridge Land and Planning consultants Nexus.

Our second Grey Belt submission this year with plenty more to come!
