92 New homes in Chipping Ongar, Essex

We are pleased to confirm the submission of an full planning application in Chipping Ongar for City & Country

The proposals include 92 homes, including a provision of 40% affordable homes, public open space and improvements to local infrastructure.

This is a landscape led development of traditional, timber framed houses and follows extensive consultation, Design Quality review and close working with Epping Forest District Council, The Town Council, The Parish Council and local residents.
