40 New homes in Basildon

We are pleased to confirm the submission of an Outline planning application, with all matters reserved except for access, on our site in Basildon.

Our proposals include 40 homes, including a provision of 20 (50%) affordable homes, public open space and improvements to local infrastructure.

With all credit to the fantastic project team working on the application, including Oliver Bell, Daniel Gresswell-Nunn MRTPI, Max Gull, Will Gardner, Nick Bond, Graham Sinclair, Claire Burroughs MCIWEM, Joanne Makin, Nick Davey and Simon Hawkins.
